Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Agents to join our remote call center team. As a Sales Agent, you will contact potential customers, present products or services, and close sales — all while working comfortably from home. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. 
- 
Present, promote, and sell products or services to meet sales targets. 
- 
Build and maintain customer relationships through professional communication. 
- 
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. 
- 
Record customer information, feedback, and call details in the CRM. 
- 
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.

Participate in regular virtual training and performance reviews. 
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 
Minimum Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). 
- 
Experience: Prior call center or sales experience preferred (freshers can apply). 
- 
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English or Urdu. 
- 
Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven personality. 
- 
Basic computer literacy and comfort using call software or CRM tools. 
- 
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. 
Technical Requirements (for WFH):

Desktop or laptop with a working headset and microphone. 
- 
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
