Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are approved by our team before they become active, and we may decline or suspend an account that breaches these terms.

For jobseekers

Searching and applying is free. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and CV. When you apply, your application and profile are sent to the employer that published the vacancy, and their handling of it is governed by their own policies.

We do not guarantee that any application will receive a response, or that any listing will result in an offer.

For employers

You may publish vacancies for genuine, currently open roles at your own organisation or on behalf of a client you are authorised to represent. You agree not to:

  • Post roles that do not exist, or that are advertised to collect CVs speculatively.
  • Request payment of any kind from applicants.
  • Publish discriminatory requirements that are unlawful in the country where the role is based.
  • Use candidate data for anything other than assessing the application it was submitted for.

We may edit or remove a listing that breaches these terms, and may suspend accounts that do so repeatedly.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the platform — for example, showing your vacancy in search results or sending your CV to an employer you applied to.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malware, or use the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Listings are not vetted individually

We take reasonable steps against fraudulent listings and remove them when reported, but we do not independently verify every employer or vacancy. Use your judgement, and never pay anyone for a job, a visa or a placement. Report anything suspicious through our contact page.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features.

Limitation of liability
